Was a little skeptical buying sight unseen. It arrived quickly, and was easy to set up. Its a really nice BBQ, it comes with a cast iron flat grill and 2 regular grills. You can grill different things at the same time. I love the cast iron flat grill for toasting buns. Its also pretty easy to keep clean. Overall a great buy!
This is a really great grill. Well worth the money. It was easy to put together. I had a few problems with the grill after opening the packaging. The hose assembly was crimped. After contacting customer service they immediately sent a hose replacement. The customer service for this company went above and beyond. I highly recommend this grill and company to anyone looking for a new gas grill.
Very happy with this grille. It does not take up a lot of space, yet has a good size grilling area plus shelves on each side for dishes, utensils, etc. We had one small issue with a missing part, and the company’s customer service was very responsive and resolved the problem. I give it 5 stars both for the grille and for the customer service team!
